To get to the falls, one must cross property which is owned by the Ausable Club. The state has acquired an easment to guarantee access to the trails by the public. However many restrictions apply, and hikers should be aware that they are traversing private property and respect it as such.
The hike to Beaver Meadow Falls is approximately 6 miles round-trip. It can be extended to a great degree if the hiker so desires. Spectacular in the fall season.
