Information:

"Have a Great Fall" was created in Blenheim in Schoharie County, New York, on the way to Mine Kill State Park. Thanks to the humorous "scarecrow" on this farm. While it may not be the Adirondacks, Schoharie County is extremely beautiful. The many hills and farms are scenic and fun to explore (and photograph). Mine Kill State Park is just one of the great parks in the area. Below is a photo of Mine Kill Falls.

Other Area Attractions:

Blenheim Bridge - Route 30, North Blenheim, New York. May be the longest two-lane, single-span, covered wooden bridge in the world. {Sadly, this bridge was destroyed by hurricane floodwaters in 2011}

Old Stone Fort - Just off of Route 30, Schoharie, New York. (518)295-8553. Historical museum including a Dutch barn circa 1760 and an 1860 schoolhouse. Originally built in 1722 as a church and fortified during the Revolutionary War. Has been a museum and library since 1889. Open May through October.
