This photograph was taken near the Smokemont Campground at the edge of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, near Cherokee, North Carolina. This incredible park spans the borders of Tennessee and North Carolina. Unless I am mistaken, I believe that it is still the most visted National Park in the country.
